UK Child Settlement from India

Hi,
I am in UK and i got my PR a month ago.
My wife already has PR and she went to India for delivery.
My wife and baby boy (3 months old) are in India now.
We have to apply child settlement visa for our son.

I looked in to all the forms online and i have below questions.
Can some one please help?

Can you please direct me to some post of this nature. It would be a great help.

I understand that we have to apply online and also we should complete VAF4a.
Should we also complete VAF4a2?

most people used VAF4a2 only for spouse settlement. not sure if we have to use it for child settlement?

We dont have to complete VAF4a1 right?

this is for some one who already have dependant visa right?

Who should be main sponsor my wife or me?
My wife is currently on Maternity leave. can she be main sponsor.?
I can be main sponsor. but is it true that main sponsor should travel with the baby when he enters UK. ?

My rental agreement just expired and i still live in the same flat. Should i ask the house owner to renew it? or can i use the one that is expired?
i have the utility bills any ways.

Can some one please help?
