B1 and LIUK after 28th october 2013

Post by sameer2012 » Tue Sep 03, 2013 8:55 pm

Hi I need to ask you that after 28th october 2013 If someone applied for settlement/naturalisation he/she has to pass B1 and LIUK. If some one applied for citizenship after 28th october 2013(currently on ILR) then he must show B1 as well at the time of citizenship or not.
thanks

After 28th of Oct, both will be required. Check this thread.

If you have provided either life in UK or English for your ILR, I think you still need to show the other one for citizenship.
