Quota for embassy

Dear All Guru,

I need your advice , as I came across a information that needs a validation from this forum that every year (september - october) HO allocates a quota to uk embassies for visa grants.

So if applied in fresh quota, these are more chances for grant.

Is it true or ?

u came across this info through an agent? lol
btw, there isnt any such case for T1E however yes for T2 where 20700 is cap from outside uk.
