visa interview_overstayer

Post by alba29 » Fri May 25, 2007 9:32 am

Hi. I wonder some one can help. My mum was an overstayer here on a visitor visa. She went back home volunteraly, was given IS151A at boarding gate of her flight. She has now applied again for a visitor visa and they have asked her to attend interview. Any one got any idea what will happen. I have had this issue before... on the forum and was told she will never be able to come to UK again... which might be true...
Please help, is this the case? Will I have a right of appeal if they refuse her.. What are the chances.
Any comments will be highly appreciated.
Regards
Alba
