ILR success - Glasgow PEO - WP 5years

Hello All,

I received lot of help here, thanks to everyone.

My ILR granted with 1 dependent yesterday. I was on WP for 5 years same employer. My wife joined me in Jan 2012

Documents submitted -

1. Set O form
2. Payment confirmation letter
3. 2 months payslips
4. 2 months bank statements
5. 5years P60s
6. Employer letter confirming SOC, pay etc
7. Employer letter regarding days outside UK(total 144days outside UK)
8. cohabitation docs
9. Life in UK (mine and my wife's)

Hi. Congratulations.

Could you please tell me whether your employer was able to certify all 144 days outside UK or work related absences only?

Also, did you have to use a solicitor to assess your SOC code or did your employer come up a with a code for your letter.

Thanks.

It was not work related. My employer certified that the holidays were paid leaves and dates of my holiday.

Mine was straight forward SOC code (civil engineer), employer mentioned the same on the letter.
