Hello, I need some advice on whether or not my future wife will be allowed to visit the UK without a Visa.
My fiancee applied for a Working HolidayMaker Visa a few months back for which she was denied because they believed she accumulated the money falsely to secure entry clearance and they were suspicious that she was solely going there to work. She has visited the UK on 2 previous occasions on which she was given and entry warning stamp and both visits.
We plan to get married in Canada in the future and while i'm working in the UK to save up for her spouse/settlement Visa,
Will she be able to visit me without a Visa, As long as she has;
1. Return Ticket
2. Enough Funds
3. Suitable Accommodation
4. A letter from seeing sponsoring her to stay with me for her visit
5. Evidence that she's married to me
Or will they deny her completely out of suspicion that she will indefinately live/immigrate to the UK.
Thank you for all your help with me on this.
