URGENT- 'Genuineness test for Tier 1 General applicants'

Hello seniors, gurus and moderators,

Please refer point 7.10 in page 6 regarding 'genuine earnings' test for Tier 1 General applicants.

I am on Tier 1 General due for ILR in December, 2013.

I cannot see further details as to what this test entails. Please can someone throw some light as I am getting bit nervous as to what the next bombshell is going to be from HO?
