180 Day Absenses Rule Self Employed PEO

My Situation is as follows.

I am applying at PEO as Self employed. I also have a company. I am submitting only the income from my self employed activities from last 3 mos as it covers the threshold.

I have 321 Days total outside of UK.

I Have 130 days compassionate leave over 3 years (my father had cancer and later passed)

I Have 19 work days which are from activities related to my company.

What evidence will I need to provide?
