Hi

Can my wife submit my application on my behalf when she herself is NOT applying OCI? Or is it that she can only apply on my behalf if she IS also applying for OCI? Thank you.

Thanks for your quick reply. Are you 100% sure about that? I get conflicting answers from others and hence the post. I don't want her to go all way way there, stand in the queue to get the token and then realise that she isn't allowed to do that. Thanks

I am 100% sure because i have applied for my wife application at the same time i didn't apply mine

Hi,
When I went to collect my OCI, staff at counter confirmed that I can submit OCI application for my wife
