Set of document required for entrepreneur team

Hi Team,

I am applying along with my friend as entrepreneur team. But I am confused I have 1 copy of CT41G, 1 copy of contract and 1 copy of bank letter. Do we need to submit 2 set of each? Do we provide photo copy of these. Please can someone help with with this. Thank you in advance.

Third party funding
