English Test after 28 Oct 2013 For UK Tier 1 (General) Visa

Hi Team,
I am on Tier 1 Visa. Next year i have o apply for ILR. I know I just have to give Live in UK test and English language test is not required. But i am not sure if My dependent spouse has to do only Life i UK test or she have to give english test also.

Please suggest.

I gone throw the detail. I also came to know that if your qualification is listed while calculating points (i.e. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/pointscalculator) she don't have to give the English exams. Is this correct?

Yep if the degree appears in PBC and awards 10 point then you just need to take PCB printout and show it to caseworker if he/she asks for it.
