FLR(HSMP):Where do I send the form to? Sheffield or Durham

Dear all,

I will be sending my application for FLR (HSMP) Extension very soon but I need clarification from those who had applied recently for extension, where do I send my FLR (HSMP) Extension application(April 2007 version) to?
The form says:

Work Permits (UK) – FLR(HSMP)
PO Box 3976
Sheffield
S1 9BN

while the Guidance note says:

Work Permits (UK) – FLR(HSMP)
PO Box 493
Durham
DH99 1WT

Sheffield or Durham? please help.

As per ext guidelines, the FLR(extension) application pack must be submitted to Dhurham address.

Dear rzsattar & wizkidonboard -

Please refer to Guidence Notes page 22 article 27 & 28 and further on page 23 article 29 throughly.

All in country HSMP Extension applications should be submitted to Sheffield address and NOT to Durham address.

This has been clearly mentioned on FLR(HSMP) Ver 04/2007 page 17of17.

Please do NOT send your application at Durham address this will significantly delay the process. The above information has been confirmed by HO as well.
