statutory declaration with solicitors endorsed

Hi All

I hope if you can help me out as well, just wondring that if it is really necessary to have a solicitors stamp endorsed on the statutory declaration. as I only got my form signed, dated, with a solicitor who I personaly known for years, the solicitor also left his address and contact No as required in the form. As you can see in the statutory declaration form page, there is no required field for the solicitors stamp?

Hi zeke1015 when I did mine, the Notary who signed mine put his stamp as well even without my asking for that.and I got approved too! That is my experience. I hope this response is helpful. Best of luck!

I am just worried about that I sent in my app without the solicitor's stamp on it, even he did sign the form with his phone no and office address, as we did not find any required field or section for the stamp.

anyway, thanks again for your help, we will see what comes out after few month

There's absolutely no need to worry. Usually if there is anything they require or see is not properly done, they will contact you and ask for the correction. So relax. Best of luck to you.
