TIER 1 GENERAL (EXTENSION), LIST OF DOCUMENTS AS LTD

Dear All,

Please list all the documents required to send with Tier 1 General (extension) as LTD company (Trading, Management Consultants Etc..).

1. Personal Bank Statement.?
2. Company Bank Statement?
3. Invoices Issued by company?
4. Business Card?
5. Payslip (if drawing salary)?
6. Dividend Vouchers?
7. Any other?

as per as i know u can send either invoices summary or invoices .....

pls gurus put some advice on it thanks....
