pls I want to apply for residence card for my son ,what are documents I will need.he was born here in u.k.the dad is german national and I have 5yrs RC.

Isn't the child German? He won't really need a RC.

yes he is but I have gotten our home country passport for him and I think I need a visa in it.

Just get him a German passport. Would be quicker (and probably cheaper) than to get a RC.
