Hi Guys

Thank you again for always been supporting everyone who has questions about VISA, Its been very helpful.

Now I am currently a tier 2 holder and due to extend next April 2014. My questions are:

1. Can I have to same job and salary or do I need to comply with the new law of 2014, to have appropreate level of salary? (been working there for over 3.5 years now)

2. The passport is due to expire Aug 2014 would that be a problem? Or should I renew before April's extension.

3. Any other things I need to be careful for? I have also been advised to go in person.

Your passport is not an issue, I just got an extension with only three months left on mine. Salary-wise, read the new Tier 2 guidance, it has just been updated.
