For FLR(M) the financial requirement is earning £18600 pa Gross. Your savings are irrelevant as less than £16000. Does your spouse get a stipend from University? Do you have children?

You will need to meet the financial requirement (click) otherwise your application will be paused (pending the results of a Court of Appeal decision).

See also, FLR(M), can I apply? (click) Consider also, Singh route (click)

T4 can switch to FLR(M) but if you don't meet the requirements is there any point?

u can apply within uk provided that you both can combine and show income which meets 18600..

if shes earning 7000 , you will need to earn the rest for your application to be successful

Visa stamp : 04/09/2013 , in Islamabad

You do not just need to earn the amount, you need to earn the amount for a prescribed period depending on the category you apply under (Cat A or Cat B under Annex FM 1.7).
