A friend of mine had submitted his HSMP application a week after me in the second week of September and he has already got his approval letter. We are both in-country applicants and he recently started to work for the NHS.

I called up the HO to ask what is happening and they said that due to shortage in the NHS, such applicants are processed immediately.

I did not know that.. thought I would share the same with you.

they may have lot of patients in queue outside HO...just kidding :D
