Hi EEA FAMILLY PERMIT TOOK 3 to 4 weeks so inshallah end of ths month or ist week of October u will get call

sum1 who applied on 29.05.13 frm mirpur got rfc today

My wife applied from Mirpur on the 22/05/13 and last week a guy who applied on the same date and from mirpur got a RFC but we haven't heard anything and they have already moved to the 29/05

Very depressed now

Its not just you, we are all in similar position. Theres ppl who applied end of April who are still waiting aswell. It really is a waiting game unfortunately and we can only do dua and pray that the wait is worth it inshaa Allah.

I see you applied on the 06/05. This is where I'm confused. Last 2 weeks their have been people who applied on 02/03/06/12/13/22 of May who got RFC which lead me to believe that the BHC has now started working on the back log so I will hear something for sure but reading someone on the 29/05 got a reply just made me worried.

I can't even imagine how the people who applied in April must feel. I blame and I'm so angry at people who submit fake documents which has made applicants who are genuine struggle and wait more. THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FOR MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS WITH NO APPEALS ALLOWED.

Maybe bhc have gotten that april applicants actually exist. Hmmm

It is true, if they do want to reject normally they tell you within a month or so however with the delays and some applicants getting visa within a month you never know.
