Tier 1(G) To ILR Points needed?

Hi All,

Can anybody kindly guide me how many points are required to qualify for ILR once you have spent (almost) 5 years in UK.

Do you have to score same points as you have scored in last extension

OR

You have to score the minimum required points (75/80)?

If you can point me towards any link on UKBA website, that will be great. I have gone through SET (0) guidance but unable to find this information.
