Do the HO return this certificate as well back to you?

I am already annoyed that all my documents were exposed to anybody...

Guys - after quite a long wait, we finally received the acceptance letter on Monday 22-Jul-13.

I pray that all the people who have been waiting for long time receive their acceptances soon insha'Allah.

Here is our updated time line.

Eligibility criteria: (Spouse of BC +1 year on ILR)
Method of application: NCS (Barking side) 19-Apr-13
Date of receipt by UKBA: 22-Apr-13
Date of debit of fees: 26-Apr-13
Date of receipt of acknowledgement: 29-Apr-13 (Dated 25-Apr-13)
Date of receipt of approval: 22-Jul-13 (Dated 11-July-13) [we pay so much money and look at the service that we get..!!]
Date of Ceremony: 24-July-13 [Private ceremony at Barkingside cost £54]

96 days from the date of application to the ceremony.. even the lady conducting our ceremony said that it took a long time as the same lady did our NCS..

Applied for the passport today as well - clearly we are in quite a rush..!!

Well it has been a bumpy ride, I wish you all the rest who are yet to hear, the very best of luck.

Ayesha, your approval is well overdue, we July applicants are getting impatient in just 2 months, can understand your frustration waiting for 5 months. Good luck

I really suggest you to contact your MP to act on your behalf. I sent an email to my local MP a week before 5 months completed (of my app) a week later I receive a letter from him including a copy of the letter he sent to HO, stated that he sent a letter to HO on my behalf.
a week after his letter to HO (20 Sep) I received a letter from HO requesting my old passport for check. today I received an email that a decision have been made and I will have the letter shortly. don't know the decision but at least a decision been made! I believe the MP letter to HO was a strong and official reminder to them and acted quickly.

Good luck and hope you hear something soon
