some applicants received visas after 1 month , 2 months ...

and some got rejected even after 3 to 4 months ... so no such rule...

Hi n8t really....my wife applied on 22 july and on 2 sep se get her passport back with visa ......Insha Allah tavelling in oct and bring her on my way back to uk.....

.. im stuck with playing the waiting game TWICE!! once for her visa and once for her actually coming to the uk once she has the visa lol she says she doesnt want me to come there at all otherwise "there wont be any excitement" << her words not mine lol... she seems to believe that seeing me after nearly a year will be more of an excitement than for me to go there and leave with her

Applied in Islamabad 03.07.2013
Under process 17.07.2013
RFC: still waiting

It should take 2-4 months I've been told if it takes longer i'll be worried.
My application is pretty straight forward i hope they accept InshaAllah

In Sha Allah, they will do so, the majority of the wait is over Allah kare, just a little more now hopefully, gets worrying to see that April applicants are still waiting when will july's turn come but all we can do is pray that all goes well, and the wait is over for us all soon In Sha Allah

For those that are going to collect on Monday..I'm getting excited for you!

I hope its not longer than 4 months i don't think i can last much longer :/

I wonder why Aprils are taking so long, it seems like some of Mays have got their replies.

I am getting super concerned now. Everyones teling n claiming that if ur application is taking more than 4 months then its most likely to be on hold due to income =(
bt surely tht cnt be the situation with every april and early may caseS?

Dnt they have to notify u if its on hold?

Sorry, youve confused me a little. But basically whenever ive emailed them, all that theyve given is a standard reply that says they are still carrying out their checks which is what April applicants have been getting too. Theyve been saying that for a while now, so i assume theyll still give the same reply if i email them again...

Likewise, i have been receiving standard replies on the phone and email...
I havent had any employment checks made either which is why i am more confused because obviously if i was on hold due to income they would have to contact my employers!

Unless its on hold for another reason :.
i sincerely hope not

Still doesnt explain why almost majority may and april applicants r the only ones in this position

Hello all......

If the applications are been held because of financial requirement the BHC should let the applicants know.....

To prove my financial requirement I have submitted the following.

Payslips, Bank Statements getting the salary in, employement letter confirming gross pay, dates of employement with desgination and the gorss pay I havereceived from the employer before the date of application. P45 (where applicabale) and P60

My wife apply on 11/06/13 n hope fully next week gona hear from them boz alot of ppl who apply in end of may getting RFC
