clarification on filling AN form

Post by satz52 » Sat Sep 14, 2013 9:02 am

hello everyone,

applying for citizenship after 20 years of ILR, just bit confused while filling the form,

1)had caution in 1999 by the police for 3 years and not by court and has come off my record.
2) got 6 points in 2009 and 3 points in 2010 but have come off as they more than 3 years old

my confusion is , are these all classed as criminal convictions and do i need to fill these in the convictions section of the form as they were not issued by the court and have come off my record, or shall explain in the space provided.i am really confused.please help and any advice and would be greatly appreciated.thank you for your time.

You may want to include the details on Page 13 as a matter of integrity. But you can apply without any issues provided you meet all the other requirements.
cheers
