HI ...I NEED URGENT ADVICE..AM TRYING FOR OCI CARD APPLICATION ONLINE FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS BUT WEBSITE IS NOT WORKING. I CALLED UP HIGH COMMISSION...THE BEL RINGS BUT NOBODY ANSERS ALSO OPERATOR JUST TRANSFERS AND DOES NOT EVEN GIVE A SECOND OR EAR TO HEAR OUT WHAT I SAY...PLEASE HELP ME.

Although the website does seems to be a little scooby doo and you've to be really patient. But it does seem to be working fine at the moment.
Are you sure you're using the correct URL.

https://passport.gov.in/oci/welcome

the link working fine. try removing s from https:.... and try.
