Hello there
I got my refusal the cause is

1. we are two business partner advertise our company in yell and newspaper but did not mention our name. But company name address everything there.
2. We submitted two different contract where we signed one of each , but they said we need to sign both partner

What should I do?

hav u got right of appeal???
if yes then go for appeal n submit new contracts n advertising meterial according to their requirement n hopefully u will get ur visa.

n if u havnt got ur right of appeal n ur visa is till valid then reapply with revised contracts n advertising meterial...

hav u got right of appeal???
if yes then go for appeal n submit new contracts n advertising meterial according to their requirement n hopefully u will get ur visa.

n if u havnt got ur right of appeal n ur visa is till valid then reapply with revised contracts n advertising meterial...

I am sorry to hear that but
I doubt whether u can appeal with new evidences.

Please do some research on this on ur own before going to any immigration advisor or solicitor as some of them squeeze money from ur blood

Have u mention your job title as same or Is it different? Because my cousins also signed their contract like that, but their job title is different.

As I mentioned before about my application refusal I have appealed my
Case but the problem is still I am not listed for hearing where my business partner have got the date which will b next 17 th September in that case if I haven't got any date for hearing what can happen. I mean is that possible to get a result without my hearing or my business partner will b held for my hearing.
Please give me the right suggestion.

Next week week our hearing date. As I mention before reason of our refusal:

1. we are two business partner advertise our company in yell and newspaper but did not mention our name. But company name address everything there.
2. We submitted two different contract where we signed one of each , but they said we need to sign both partner

As the cause we put new advertise along with name and designation.
And also we amend our contract.
We are ready for appeal but our Baristar says it 50/50 chance to win this case.
Don't know about the destiny .
