Naturalisation

Hi there,

I would like to get clarification on applying for Naturalisation for my family (me, spouse, 2 kids) below is my current view;

1) ILR stamped for me, spouse, and son on Oct'2009
2) ILR stamped for my daughter in India on May'2013
3) Wife, son was out of UK from Aug'12 till May'13 (302) - this is mainly to have the delivery of our daughter.

The query is that can i apply for the Naturalisation now, given that my wife and son have been out of UK for 302 days..
