SET M or SET O?

Hi,

I am on ILR.

which form should be used to process ILR for my spouse? SET M or SET O? (few people told that we should use SET O).

Just wanted to confirm.

Immigration status! What is her current type of leave?

She is on Tier2 Dependant visa. She does not go to work.
