TIER ONE GENERAL - INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN

I would be very grateful if someone could shed some light on this question I have

Question 1 : I have a tier one General visa dated November 2009 and reached UK in Jan 2010 (in under 2 months). I have been working in the UK throughout

I got my wife on the Tier one Dependant visa in March 2012 (successful application date and she came to uk after 3 days of receiving visa). Would my wife be eligible for ILR along with me in 2014 or do I have to take an extension for PBS Dependant for her and ILR only for me? as she doesn't cover the 5 year requirement

Could someone please help.

Yes, she will be as she will complete her 2 year probationary period by March 2014.

Correction -> my previous quote highlighted in red, is in-correct. The 5 year probationary rule applies to partners of applicants in the PBS Tier 1 General category as well, for applicants post 09 July 2012.
