I am in need of a clarification regarding the HSMP earnings for one of my friend.
Guidance Notes April 2007
My query:Introduction and Points Available
You can claim points for your previous
earnings obtained from your work.
We will assess your gross earnings before tax
over a total period of up to 12 months out of the
15 months immediately prior to your application.
The earnings can be for any 12 month period out
of the last 15 months. This applies if you are in
salaried or non-salaried employment.
1) Can we keep the pay slips for any of the 12 months within the 15 month period?
2) If yes, Does the payslips should be in the order of 12 months? OR can there be a split of the pay slips. Eg: April 2006, June 2006, July 2006, Aug 2006, Sep 2006, Nov 2006, Dec 2006, Jan 2007, Feb 2007, Mar 2007, Apr 2007, May 2007.
[Note: Here the May 2006, Oct 2006 payslip is not included. ]
If the May 2006 and Oct 2006 payslips are not included, my friend is eligible for 75 points, else he is not eligible.
Please pour your suggestions whether we can go ahead with the payslips information, since it is Critical for applying for HSMP.
Regards,
Antony
