ILR from Pakistan

Hi there,

i am married with British citizen form 2008. but i am still in Pakistan.
can i apply permanent settlement (ILR) directly instead of spouse visa.
our marriage is genuine and subsisting and we are married from 5 years.
and if you can mention documents i required?

Have you lived in Pakistan since your marriage in 2008? Ever been to the UK on any spouse visa since 2008?

Then no - your friend can't go straight to ILR.

He'll have to go through the 60 month probation first.
