I am preparing to apply as a team entrepreneur visa under 50K PSW route. I am trying to registration my company with CH. But confused about statement of capital? Anyone can help to about following information:
1. What Class of shares (Ordinary/Preference etc.)
2. How much Amount paid up on each share:
3. What is the Number of shares:
4. How much Aggregate nominal value:

in my opinion following shud be answer.

1-ordinary shares
2-1
3-1
4-1

later u can increase number of shares as well as shares price.
