Tier 2(General) Maintenance funds

Post by nj502 » Tue Sep 24, 2013 4:16 pm

Hi,
Wonder if anyone out there could provide me some clarity about this query.

I am currently on a Tier 1 PSW visa which expires in March 2014.
My employer has agreed to sponsor my Tier 2(General) visa application.

q1. Is the RLMT required in this case, as I am switching from a PSW visa?
q2. Does the 90 days maintenance of funds requirement still apply if I am being sponsored by my employer. I have been employed with them for over a year.

Thanks in advance.

just ask your employer to tick the maintenance box on your COS and you wont have to worry about any bank statements.
