ILR Application for child who lived in India

Hi, I am applying for ILR in December 2013, I am Tier 1 Migrant and my partner and child have Tier 1 dependent visas. My child was born in India and was in UK for few months in 2012, then we decided to send her back to India. We are planning to bring her back in Oct 2013, can we apply for her ILR as well? Are rules of absence applicable for dependents also?

You should all apply together if your spouse qualifies, your spouse's absences should be limited and for good reason.
