Post by rahilnaz » Thu May 07, 2009 3:13 pm

I am planning to get free dentist care using HC1 form. I am wondering whether it is ok for someone who is on PSW.

thanks

I dont know about PSW but i am sure when you are a student its fine. But because PSW allows you to get a full time job and people on a full time jobs are normally not allowed to get benefits. But i am sure it would be ok but ts better to check with NHS trust.

I have claimed hc1 nhs 8 years ago when I was a full time student on student visa. Now I am planning to apply for long residency 10 years route. Will this effect my application????
Really worried. Need some advice.
