Documents CheckList for PBS Dependent

Dear Experts,

I will be applying for my wife's extension as an Dependent within UK. She will be applying on PBS dependent application form as she is not currently eligible for ILR. My current visa is ILR.

Below is the documents i am going to send along with her application.

1) Tier 1 PBS Dependent Application Form
2) 2 x Passport Photographs
3) Marraige Certificate as an proof to show her last name changed after
marraige
4) Main Applicant Last 3 months Bank Statements maintained 600 GBP
minimum
5) Main Applicant Passport and ILR visa photocopy
6) Covering Letter
7) Original Passport of Dependent

Please let me know if i have missed out on anything. I will apply in a post and will be using my debit card for payment as she doesn't have bank account yet.

Although I m not an expert but i m in the same boat as yours.
I think you might need some utility bill on her name as well, as a proof of subsisting relationship.
Can some expert please confirm this?

if it's needed then i can include utility bills it's not a problem but it's not mentioned anywhere in guidance.

As far as i know the main requirement is for maintainence fund for PBS dependent visa.
