hello
i have a briitish passport. my wife and child came over on 27 july and they both have pakistani passport.

i will be applying for flr after 2 years.

i wanted to know if i can apply for child benefit, child tax credit and working tax credit. it wont affect my claim when i apply for flr as my wife is under imiigration control and she cannot apply public fund?

please help thanks
