Correct to apply for Naturalisation

Hi

I have my 5 years on HSMP/Tier 1 on 27/11/2012.

I applied and got my ILR on 07/11/2012 (28 days before 27/11/2012).

When can I apply for Naturalization for BC?
can we make naturalization application 28 days before either 07/11/2013 or 27/11/2013? If not when can I apply?

You can apply for BC from 7th November 2013 onwards. There is no 28 day concession for citizenship.

The 5 years residential qualifying period is calculated backwards from the date UKBA receive your application.
