EC Documents - pls verify

Hi All, I am planning to apply for EC next week. I am single, so no dependents. I compiled the following list of documents for EC. Please verify if it is ok and i can submit ? Your valuable suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

I. HSMP Documents

1. HSMP Approval letter.
2. HSMP Points pro forma
3. Original Master Degree Certificate
4. Original Driving License - age proof
5. Original IT returns Saral form – earnings
6. Salary slips – 12 months – earnings
7. Bank Statements – 12 months – earnings
8. Total Gross Earnings Calculation sheet
9. Original Bachelor Degree Certificate - English language requirement.
10. Original letter from University – English language requirement.

II. Sponsor Documents

1. Letter from sponsor confirming accommodation
2. Sponsors Immigration status – Copy of British passport
3. Copy of Certificate of registration from Land Registry
4. Copy of pay slips for last six months (in sealed envelope)
5. Copy of Bank statements for last six months (in sealed envelope)

III. Other Documents

1. Duly filled VAF1 Form
2. HSMP Points pro forma
3. Original passport
4. Original payslips for last six months
5. Original Bank Statements for last six months
6. Letter from Bank confirming Bank Balance.
7. Print out of Conversion page from Oanda.com
8. Original Offer letter – Current employer
9. Copy of all pages of passport

IV. Integra Documents

1. Integra HSMP Form
2. Copy of Integra HSMP Form
3. Copy of Master Degree Certificate
4. Copy of Mark sheets
5. Original payslips for last 2 months
6. Copy of Offer letter – Current employer
7. Copy of 1 st and 8 th page of VAF1 form
8. Copy of all pages of passport.

Anyways guys, I applied for EC yesterday 31st may 2007 from bangalore VFS.

Now just hoping that everything will go well.

That's a good list u have prepared my dear friend.....i don't think u have missed anything and hence i strongly feel u will get ur stamping done....dont worry friend.

anyway u didn't preferred to put CA asset Evaluation report ?
how many years IT returns you have shown?

yeh since u have already done ur application via VFS bangalore, i need ur help in understanding and clarifying few doubts....

Regarding Integra - I am sure you would have filled the one page form.....i have few doubts in filling this form.

(A) Under Education Information:
Student Identity / Roll - What to fill here?
Candidate ID - What to fill here?
Seat / Registration - What to fill here?
Qualification Conferred date - I believe we have to write the certificate awarded date. Please advise

And also if someone can help me understand whether I have to fill the same degree details which I showed for HSMP application and got approved. (I am asking this since, I have done my Post Graduate Diploma after my Graduation in chemistry. For HSMP application, i showed and claimed points against my Graduation in chemistry.........but now when the Integra form ask "Please enter details of the highest qualification attained by you"......i have to provide my PGD details or Graduation Details as per HSMP application.....)

Please help me friends

Well, I do not own any asset. Home and vehicle is on the name of my father. So i guess i dont need to put any CA evaluation.

I just submitted only one IT returns (saral) form which i submitted for my initial HSMP approval.

Regarding Integra you are right. I filled the one page Integra form.

Student Identity / Roll is something that is provided when you initially join the college.

Seat / Registration is provided when you appear for university exams.

In my case both of the above are same.

Candidate ID i just left it blank. No idea about it and none of my certificates has any info about this id.


I have given my masters degree information for both HSMP and EC.
