Wife visa has returned as invalid
I have applied my wife PBS dependent extension on 11th September 2013 but unfortunately application has returned on 27th due to incorrect payment (invalid). UKBA took the payment of £1534 instead of £1545.
It was my mistake as I ticked £1534. I received all document back with letter saying your payment will be returned shortly and make fresh application with valid fee.
I booked PEO appointment next Wednesday 2nd OCTOBER 2013.
My questions are:-
• My wife visa has been expired by 17 days till now and on 2nd it will 20 days. Is this creates the problem when I go PEO?
• My previous bank statement has taken on 7th September but transactions are till 21st August (last transaction). I know bank statement is valid till 31 days but do they check transactions
date ?
