Tier 1 (General) ILR new rules

According to new Rules by UK Govt regarding Tier 1 (General), does it relate to ILR applications as well as the statement says " Entry clearence and leave to remain"..

it doesnt say any thing about ILR....any comments?

i think when we apply for ILR . we have to do extra English test called B1 .

we have to do B1 level test...i am talking about the new Interview rule...

any idea????????

are you sure that Tier 1 Generel Migrants dont need level B1? does it say on UKBA site or any reference?

I think that ILR applications can come under the new set of rules but we dont know for sure what they mean untill 1st october ... we just need to wait and watch..

seeonly Tier 1 extension forms have been changed...
