refusal on third party bank letter issue(rule changed)

Post by TSAZ » Mon Sep 09, 2013 12:25 pm

Hi All,
Very good news on third party bank letter issue.
rules are changed on it, there is no more requirement of bank letter mentioning applicant name on it of third party.
all new applicants who are relaying on third party funding should not worry about to get letter from bank mentioning there name on it.
But i don't know how will it affect on us who got refusal only on this point as new rules will in place from 1st October.

oh dear.

if only the rules were well thought out by UKBA before now.

i guess they have realised the mess they've created.

the courts are overburdened with refusals over silly and mudane issues. hearing dates are now spilling into may 2014.

is it not possible for them to carry out a re-review of previously decided cases?

That would be a really good news but can you please let us know where exactly shows which they omitted this.

Thanks in advance

this man tasz is misguiding people regarding name on third party bank letter. ukba has made it more prominent in new policy guidance.
