I am a tier 4 student in uk . on last 26 of june i have made an application to ukba for extension through online and then i have sent all documents through next day special delivery. They gave me an address when I finished the online application on the cover letter. the mistake was I have mistakenly sent it to UKBA durham office which used to be the address of tier 4 student through offline.
After 4 weeks later i have got a letter from ukba saying they did not received my passport and photographs and if i dont send the missing documents they will invalid my application after 19 of july . Then I have sent a letter explaining everything that i have sent everything to ukba durham address and told them relocate the file from ukba durham office to their branch.
Last 19 September I got a letter of invalid application. and i am gonna enclose the important part of the letter to make good idea situation .

My visa is expired while passport was in UkBA .
Please help me out here. my life is at end.
