pretty swift, ins't it?

just a quick query about FLR (HSMP). I am currently studying in a postgraduate course which is going to finish in October 2007. Hence I have already finish one M.A. Since I have successfully finish my M.A., I had given FLR (S) on my current postgraduate course.
Could I apply for FLR HSMP without finishing my currunt postgraduate course and can I use my previous M.A. degree in order to successfully able to switch from Student Catagory?

Suggestion will be appreciated.

thanx in advance
