List of documents Tier 1 dependent visa for child born in UK

I am living in UK for the last three years. I am going to apply for my younger kid's visa who is 1 year old and was born in UK. I am planning to travel to India in Nov this year.

Can anyone please let me know what are the documents required fr this? I have made a list of documents as below:

1. His Birth certificate (UK)
2. His Passport
3. My Passport
4. My wife's Passport
5. My Biometric card
6. My wife's Biometric Card
7. Our marriage registration certificate
8. His Photo graphs (4 copies ??)
9. Bank statement for the maintenance fund
10. Current council tax bill (required ??)
11. Appointment letter for the Premium service
12. Proof of payment letter

Is there anything you think I am missing guys?
Do I need to show anything regarding my employment. I have my visa valid still another couple of years.

Please help.
