Naturalisation eligibility please help

I have applied ILR on Sept 2012 in Croydon (premium
appointment),I was granted ILR on Sept 2013 took 12 month decision.on brp date sept 2013
My query is regarding naturalisation eligibility date, is it sept 2013 or th sept 2014? Seniors members please advice .

Possibly December 2013 if the delay was not your fault and you meet the other requirements and are not the spouse/civil partner of a British Citizen.

Thank you D4109125 , my case 2 year hsmp +3 year tier 1 reason hold my application 12 months went to further investigation released after 12 months , i am planing to apply this month 28th before new rules comne out but worried about fee if not consider loss fee. any policy's or guidelines or any similar case success . can i wait until dec 2013 your advice great help

I assume you met a B1 English requirement for your current leave therefore you should suffice the new requirement. Moreover, if you have a degree which is comparable to a UK degree and was taught in English that should also suffice. You should not apply before December 2013 as you will face refusal.

O levels
