any one plz could help me where i cane renewal it and what document they will need it and are they going to take my passport as the first time

you just need to present yourself , together with your Irish Spouse and both your Passports and Marriage Certificate to the GNIB Offices in Bourgh Quay if you live in the Greater Dublin Area , or to your Local Immigration Officer if you live outside the Greater Dublin Area . yourself or your Irish Spouse must be working and try to bring a proof that you are self sufficient and that you are not claiming Social Welfare other than Child Benefit . this time they should give you a Stamp 4 for 3 years or may be 5 years it depends on how long left on your Passport to Expire .

I've wondered about this too.

Do we just need to provide evidence of working in the ROI? E.g. payslips/contract?

yes bring them with you if you have them , then only when asked provide them if not asked don't show them . just to avoid volunteering informations which may be interpreted as a requirement in the future .

No Problems at all , it's just not fair on people here on this Forum .

we all try to help each other the best we can . i hope that you have got the information you needed if not , you are going to have to be more specific i am afraid in order for people here to understand exactly what your query is .

wishing you / your friend the best of luck , and if you do have more queries please do ask them and hopefully someone in here will answer you .
