Thanks for sharing your success!

Can you please provide a list of documentation you provided to support your application? And how long the 50K was in your account for?

Oh and did you separate the accounts for the maintenance (900 pounds) and the investment (50k)? Or you had them in one account?

Thanks again

Congrats,
Please could you tell me if you provided a business insurance? Did you provide a cover letter from your bank? Did you have your business address registered under your home address or a rented office space?

Have you thought about writing a letter addressed to the appeals implementation unit? What about contacting your MP?

no guarantee it would speed things up but it's worth trying.

Thanks I have written a letter and the HO has since refunded my fees as per the judges request. I am hoping that it won't be long now before return of my documents and BRP.

No I have not provided business insurance.
I didn't provide a cover letter from my bank as it is quite clearly regulated by FCA in UK.
I registered the business in my home address.

Dear Hopesun031

Congratulations and Thanks for sharing this great news.

Could you tell me little bit about the contract letter that you built with your client...was that printed in your company's letter head or client's letter head???

Expecting you reply.
Thanks

I did not print the contract on any letter head, just on a blank template.
