Lost immigration status letter.

Hello, i have applied for my Convention travel document it 2012 December i waited so long to renew my passport, I have done my Biometric Screening. Now they're asking for my Original immigration status letter. I have lost it and they have given me 17 days to send it, someone please tell me how to request this letter, i came to this country as a refugee in 2004..
