P60 for 3 years missing or copies from hmrc ok?

P60 for 3 years missing or copies from hmrc ok?

Needed 6 years worth of p60 to prove treat right only can find 3, if I request copy from hmrc for the other 3 years that are missing will those be acceptable.

You only get one copy of p60 if you have lost it then no one can give you another copy of p60, however you can ask HMRC for your tax contribution statement. That should be acceptable by the UKBA.

Question 2.4- 2.5 AN form who treaty to go in that section is it my eea family member and not me the non eea family who is applying, please anyone stuck on that question. Thanks

if you showing proof of treaty right then it should be EEA national unless you are applying self sufficient with NON EEA national income

Ok but whose detail goes on section 2.4-2.5 it the eea national although I am the non eea national applying that is what I don't understand.
