Wife's ILR

Post by faisaltanoli » Tue Oct 08, 2013 12:24 pm

Hello,

I am on Tier1 General Migrant, which will be complete in 02/2015, but on 02/2014 i will complete my 10 years stay in UK. I am looking to apply ILR on long residency. I am confused that what will be the procedure for my wife to get ILR. she is in UK from 08/2004, but stayed 18 months out of the country where her visa was in appeal with high commission. she is now my dependent on tier 1 general migrant.
Please share any information on this situation.

Thanks

Regards

M Faisal
